The women and children of Swaziland will inspire and challenge us through their accounts of suffering and triumph in the face of immeasurable odds. Sometimes there are no words for the stories we must tell. I believe contemporary artworks developed as art in context can function as powerful story tellers. Abstract juxtapositions can serve as catalysts in creating a dialog within each of us. It is from this place of contemplation that we each begin to examine our personal role in the scheme of things. Who are we, what motivates us and ultimately what needs to change in us so that we might become agents of change.
